Invasion is prophetic. It paints a picture of a
future that never was in the life of the poet. It
reflects on internecine struggle both physical and
spiritual forces the poet in a reflection of the
individuals who have a battle to fight and a battle
to lose or win, whichever way, it portends an end
that hang on the head of the sojourner amidst the
tide of fate, and submission to the vagaries of life.
